Miss Grand District of Columbia

Lina Xie was crowned Miss Grand District of Columbia 2026 on April 4, 2026, in Richmond, Virginia. During the state competition, she also received the Best Business Pitch Award and won the People’s Popular Vote. Combining a background in STEM, business, and cultural advocacy, Lina uses pageantry as a platform to empower women through her initiative, Heritage in Hands, which focuses on cultural heritage education and community-driven entrepreneurship. She will next represent Washington, DC at Miss Grand USA 2026 in Las Vegas.
